# Funance

> Funance is the financial skill card for AI: one HTML file that keeps every set of books on the user's own machine, and an AI skill card (LSC-1) that teaches Claude, ChatGPT or Lundr to keep them the same way. ## The laws, plainly

- A term is a window, not a subscription: a key counts from issue, ends on its date, a new key replaces the old; when it ends the seven term rooms close and the floor (Dashboard, Ledger, Drop, Reports, Settings) stays with every line entered.
- Nothing phones home. The ledger lives in the browser's storage on the user's machine; the vault exports as one JSON file.
- The Claude rooms (receipt photos, statement PDFs, the Desk, Route with Claude) run on the user's own Anthropic key, kept in the Connections room; bank downloads and typed lines never need it.
- No refunds: the Five Minutes is the trial. No per-entity fee on any tier. Estimates and worksheets, not tax, legal or financial advice.
- Bitcoin at checkout when the switch is on: a fresh address per order from a watch-only key, a rate locked fifteen minutes, non-custodial.

## Formats

- LSC-1 — THE SKILL CARD FORMAT: a person reads the face; an AI reads the same card as a file (SKILL.md + card.json); the punch is the first 96 bits of sha256(SKILL.md).
- LCC-1 — THE LICENCE CARD: the holder's key drawn: seat, licence number, holder, member since, good thru, editions, term; the chip is sha256 of the signed licence. Not a payment card; issued, never sold.
