The Accountant Desk
Books that arrive clean.
Every month in Funance ends with a handoff — the Monthly Pack, or the whole vault — to a professional. These are professionals who know what they are receiving: CPAs, enrolled agents and bookkeepers who have worked in Funance books. Pick by state and by the kind of books you keep. The introduction is an email; the studio is not in it and takes nothing from it.
Handing over your books
- The month. In the Monthly Pack, pick the period and the entities, build the PDF with the CSVs, and send it — the email is drafted for you.
- The books. In Settings, export a copy for your bookkeeper. They open it in their own Funance, work in it, and send it back; you merge and see every change before you accept it.
- Nothing passes through us. The file goes from your machine to theirs by whatever you both use. Funance has no server in the middle, and the desk does not see the books.
Join the desk
If you keep books for others and have worked in Funance — read the manual, or hold a card yourself — list your desk. It is free. A listing says what you tell us it says; clients verify your licence at your state board from your card. Professionals who install the Funance Skill Card in their AI carry the Funance-fluent badge.
