Lund Studio LLC is a software studio. It is not a certified public accounting firm, not a licensed accountant, bookkeeper-for-hire, enrolled agent or tax preparer, not a law firm or attorney, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, money transmitter or fiduciary, and it is not registered with or supervised by any accounting board, bar, securities regulator or financial authority. Nobody at the studio holds themselves out as any of those, and nothing on this site or in the app should be read as if they did. Funance is a tool you operate; the professional in your life is still the professional.
Not advice
Funance produces estimates and worksheets from the entries you make. It does not file anything, and nothing it shows you — a set-aside, a runway, a P&L, a letter from the Desk — is a recommendation to do anything. Confirm figures with your professional before you rely on them. You are responsible for your books, your filings and your decisions.
What an AI produces
The Claude rooms and the Funance Skill Card instruct an AI you operate, on your own key and your own account. The studio does not run the AI, does not see your prompts or its answers, and cannot warrant them. AI output can be wrong: it can misread a receipt, mis-name a merchant, invent a number. Every line an AI stages waits for you; review before you post. The card tells the AI never to invent an amount and never to give tax advice — that is an instruction, not a guarantee.
Your data, your key
The app runs in your browser and keeps your books on your machine; the studio holds none of your ledger and never asks for a bank login. If you add an Anthropic key, what you choose to send goes to Anthropic under your agreement with Anthropic; if you use the optional third-party balance bridge, your credentials go to them, never to us. Back up your vault; the studio cannot restore what only you hold. Clearing your browser's site data clears the ledger.
Terms, refunds, renewal
A term is a window that ends on its date. A key is verified on your machine and cannot be recalled once issued, which is why there are no refunds: the Five Minutes is the trial. Nothing auto-renews; nothing is on file; a new key replaces the one you hold and counts from the moment it is issued. A chargeback ends the licence. One seat is one person. Statutory withdrawal rights apply as your law provides.
Names that are not ours
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Lund Studio LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. "Works with your Claude" means the card and the rooms run on an Anthropic API key you hold; it does not mean Anthropic has reviewed or approved Funance. Where the site says the card was witnessed running, it was run by the studio in Claude; other hosts are used at your discretion.
Comparisons and claims
Statements about other products describe the subscription model as a category, or cite the other company's own published pricing on the date shown. The studio publishes no accuracy percentage, no hours-saved figure and no revenue promise, because it has none it can prove. Any figure on the site — "$27.75 a month", "seven rooms", "54 KB" — is arithmetic on a printed price or a count of what the file contains.
Bitcoin
When bitcoin is offered at checkout, the address is derived from a watch-only key of the studio, the payment is watched on the public chain, and no processor holds the coin. The BTC amount is a quote locked for a short window at a rate from public feeds; the buyer bears network fees and the difference if the window passes. Bitcoin is volatile; nothing on the site is investment advice or an invitation to buy bitcoin. Payment in bitcoin does not change the term, the licence or the no-refund rule.
Results, testimonials, the studio
Your results depend on your entries, your bank's files, your AI and your judgement. Any quoted sentence from a user on this site is used with permission, unedited except for length, from a real customer who was not paid for it; if you do not see one, there is none yet. Funance is made by one person at Lund Studio LLC, Westminster, Colorado, and the studio says so plainly rather than pretend to be larger.
The Accountant Desk
The desk is a directory and an introduction. The professionals on it list themselves; their credentials are self-reported and you verify them at your state board before you rely on them. Lund Studio LLC does not employ, supervise, vet or recommend them, ranks nothing, and receives no fee, commission or share from any engagement — a listing is free, and if a flat listing fee is ever charged it will say so on the page. The Funance-fluent badge means one thing: the professional installed the skill card. Your engagement is with the professional, on their terms; the studio is not a party to it.
The Divinity Rule
Funance is built on the Divinity Rule, the studio's proportional design method, which is a trade secret of Lund Studio LLC and is not included in, licensed with, or disclosed by any purchase. "Built on the Divinity Rule — the Rule is not included" means exactly that.
