The licence, in full.
The end-user licence for the files you buy — what you may do, what you may not, what the studio promises and what it does not. The same text ships inside every package as LICENCE.md.
1 · The grant
Lund Studio LLC ("the studio") grants you, the person who completed the purchase ("you"), a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the files in the package you paid for — FUNANCE-E1.html and, on the Year, the Funance Skill Card (SKILL.md and card.json) — for the term printed on your card and on your key, to keep your own books and the books of entities you own or are authorised to keep. One seat is one person. The Five Minutes and the First Week are licences on the same terms for their windows, at no charge.
2 · The term and what ends it
The term begins when your key is issued and ends on the date the key carries; it does not renew, stack or extend. When the term ends, the seven term rooms lock and the floor of the app stays usable with everything you entered, indefinitely, under this licence. The licence ends early, without notice, if you breach section 3, if you charge back a payment, or if you use the files to harm the studio or another person. Ending does not entitle you to a refund; section 6 explains why there are none.
3 · What you may not do
You may not copy the files except for your own backup; distribute, sell, rent, lend, sublicense or host them for others; remove or alter any notice, watermark, licence text, fingerprint or key check; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source design, the proportional rules or the generative method embodied in the files beyond what applicable law expressly permits; use the files to build or train a competing product or a model on their design; share a key, or use a key issued to another person; or use the files to keep another person's books without that person's consent. The app is delivered as readable code so that you can trust what runs on your machine; readability is not a licence to take it.
4 · Ownership
The files, the card formats (LSC-1, LCC-1), the Funance Skill Card, the names and marks, and the proportional design method the files embody (the Divinity Rule) are and remain the property and, where applicable, the trade secrets of Lund Studio LLC, protected by copyright, trade-secret and trademark law. You own your entries, your ledger, your exports and your vault — the data is yours; the instrument is licensed.
5 · Editions
The Year includes four editions across its term, each a replacement file delivered to your download hub; other cards include none. The studio may change what an edition contains and may stop issuing editions after a term ends. Nothing obliges the studio to keep any file compatible with future browsers, operating systems or AI hosts, though it tries.
6 · No refunds
All sales are final. Your key is signed once and verified on your machine; nothing phones home; a key cannot be recalled once issued, so a refund could not close the rooms. For that reason there are no refunds, and every room is free for five minutes before a dollar is charged. Statutory withdrawal rights apply as your law provides and are not reduced by this section.
7 · No warranty
The files are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent the law allows. The studio does not warrant that the app's figures are correct, that an AI's reading is correct, or that any output is suitable for filing. You are responsible for reviewing every entry and for your books, your filings and your decisions.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the files, the site, the store or this licence is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned, and the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profit, lost data, lost business or the cost of substitute goods, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
9 · Your responsibility to the studio
You will defend and hold the studio harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of this licence, your use of the files to keep books you were not authorised to keep, or your reliance on the files for a filing or decision without professional review.
10 · The AI you bring
The Funance Skill Card and the Claude rooms instruct an AI you operate under your own account and key with a third-party provider. Your use of that provider is governed by its terms, not this licence. The studio does not run the AI, does not see your prompts or its answers, and is not responsible for what it produces.
11 · Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a card; if you buy for an entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
12 · Where the files may go
The files are software of United States origin. You may not export, re-export or use them where United States law prohibits it, and you confirm you are not a person or in a place to which such export is prohibited.
13 · Law, venue, disputes
This licence is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot settle by writing to each other will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek an injunction in any court to protect intellectual property.
14 · The whole agreement
This licence, the terms of sale on the site, the store's policies and the disclosures page are the entire agreement about the files and replace any earlier understanding. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands. The studio may revise this licence for future purchases by posting a new version with a new date; the version in force for your purchase is the one dated on your card's day.
