What a seal proves: that the studio signed this exact record — the term, the scores of each week, the fingerprint of the student's check texts, who read it and when. What it does not prove: a licence, a credential, accreditation, or anything about the student's competence beyond the work recorded. A reader who wants more should ask the student for the packet; the seat's packet_sha is the SHA-256 of that packet, so the two can be matched.
